This site was designed to expand and introduce bodybuilding sports for Malaysian citizens. It is not just about bodybuilding, but health and fitness combined. It is also created to introduce and display a range of useful exercises, training and coaching in hoping to give information on how to build muscles, losing weight, losing body fat, retaining level of healthiness, and so on. We also sell products on supplements, nutritions and muscle building proteins from various sources.

     Our mission is to change the way people look at health and fitness. We want to open people’s minds to experiencing how their bodies and minds truly work. We will move away from the isolated means of fitness training that isolates one’s muscles from the mind and move towards a positive collective means of exercise that engages the entire body and mind simultaneously. We will have this in a fun, playful, safe, inviting, and rewarding way that will help people from all backgrounds learn from each other in a non-discriminating environment.

     Along the way, we will update on our progress in the bodybuilding industry, and our sponsored fitness and bodybuilding models which will carve their way in their respective fields. We will also review and update on gymnasiums around town which is very helpful for people like who cares for where they workout.

     We will also cater for the needs of gymnasiums to get their attention from customers. Gymnasiums can promote or post their pictures, links and achievements to us, and we will update them on our gymnasiums hall (for a small fee, of course). This way, customers will enjoy the benefit of visiting the gymnasiums online, in total secrecy and invisibility.
